We are a family-run bakery in the town of Ashburton. In 2022, we took over from the town’s much-adored resident baker, Ella. The past two years have been spent finding our feet, growing our wonderful team and becoming part of the local community.
We bake a range of traditional yeasted bread and sourdough. We also sell a selection of sourdough loaves made by our friend’s at Hylsten Bakery. You can also find a daily selection of buns, cakes and pastry.
We take great care when sourcing our ingredients. Our dairy and eggs are from organic suppliers in the South West. Our flour is organic or regeneratively farmed and is sourced from trusted suppliers Wildfarmed and Stoate & Sons, who produce flour that tastes good and is better for you and the environment.
We take bread orders Wednesday to Friday and orders for cakes, tarts & buns Wednesday to Saturday. We’d appreciate a week’s notice on all orders, but we will always try our best to accommodate your needs, so please give us a call.
